Tahiti

Rangiroa, November 3 - 8;  Fakarava November 8 - 14

First time to Tahiti.  Stayed overnight at the island of Tahiti then flew out to Rangiroa.  Had 4 days of diving with all in the cuts of the atoll with big current.  Highlights were the dolphins that played with us for almost 30 minutes on two different dives!!!

Then on to Fakarava.  More diving in the atoll cuts and current with huge schools of schooling fish.  And then down to the south  end of the atoll for major shark diving.  No AC in the rooms so Rowena did her work under a thatched roof in the lagoon!
